Hey Girl Hey Nation Foundation, Inc. exists to nurture the wholeness of Black women. Through self-care, sisterhood, and intentional community, we create spaces where Black women can breathe, heal, lead, and be fully themselves—without shrinking, code-switching, or carrying it all alone.
Black women of every age, story, and season—students, mamas, aunties, leaders, creatives, caregivers, and elders.
If you’re longing for rest, real connection, and a village that gets it, you’re in the right place.
We design spaces and experiences that make Black women feel held, seen, and poured into—mind, body, and spirit.
From cozy gatherings to weekend retreats, we create soft spaces for rest, joy, and real talk—away from the noise and expectations.
Workshops, resources, and conversations that center mental health, emotional healing, and rest as resistance for Black women.
Coaching, circles, and experiences that help Black women lead from a place of wholeness—not burnout.
Partnerships, service projects, and giving initiatives that pour back into the communities we come from and care for.
Our impact isn’t just numbers—it’s exhale moments. It’s women leaving events feeling lighter. It’s group chats where sisters check in on each other. It’s leaders choosing rest instead of running on empty.
Whether you’re looking for community, wanting to give back, or ready to fund the work—your yes helps keep this sisterhood thriving.

Hey Girl Hey Nation Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Black women through self-care, sisterhood, and intentional community. We offer programs, events, and resources that promote mental wellness, emotional healing, and personal growth—cultivating a strong, supportive network of women nationwide.
We believe Black women deserve spaces where we are not just surviving, but deeply supported—emotionally, spiritually, and practically. Every gathering, text, workshop, and outreach initiative is rooted in that belief.
Our vision is a world where Black women are deeply resourced, connected, and affirmed—leading lives rooted in joy, rest, and community, not constant survival mode.
We design circles, not stages. Everyone has something to give and something to receive in this sisterhood.
We honor grief, joy, and everything in between. Healing is not rushed here; it’s supported.
We equip Black women with tools, language, and support to set boundaries, lead well, and choose themselves.
We don’t do surface-level networking. We nurture deep, honest, covenant-style relationships.
Black women are often expected to be the strong friend, the backbone, the fixer, the one who holds it all together. That weight is real—and it comes with emotional, physical, and spiritual costs.
We created Hey Girl Hey Nation Foundation so Black women would have somewhere to go with all of that. A place where you can lay your cape down, be honest about what hurts, and receive real care, community, and tools to heal.
We’re here because:
Our staff and board are made up of Black women leaders, mental health advocates, faith leaders, organizers, and community builders who care deeply about the well-being of our sisters.

Every program is designed with Black women’s realities in mind—our responsibilities, our brilliance, our exhaustion, and our hope. Explore how you can plug into the work and the healing.
We host gatherings that feel like coming home—everything from intimate circles to full retreats. You’ll find rest, laughter, tears, prayer, therapy-informed conversations, and practical tools for everyday life.
Events may include sister circles, brunches, worship and wellness nights, local meetups, and destination retreats built around rest and reconnection.

We offer workshops and series that center the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of Black women. Sessions are led by therapists, coaches, wellness practitioners, and faith leaders who honor our lived experiences.
We pour into Black women leaders—at home, at work, in ministry, and in community—so you don’t have to choose between purpose and peace.
Through cohorts, coaching circles, and tailored workshops, we help you clarify your calling, protect your capacity, and lead from a grounded, healed place.

We collaborate with churches, nonprofits, businesses, and community groups to bring sisterhood-centered programming, care, and resources directly to Black women and families.
Outreach may include care packages, community conversations, service days, and special initiatives that respond to what our communities are facing in real time.
